24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments and Cancellations

We love making time for our patients. To make sure we help everyone get out of pain as soon as possible, we have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. When you cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance, we can help another patient feel better during that time slot. When you arrive on time, we can give you, and everyone else, our full attention.

When You Don’t Cancel or Reschedule at Least 24 Hours in Advance, We Charge for the Original Appointment at Our Full Rate.

When you are late for your appointment, you may lose some of your session time. Be kind, give us 24 hour advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. It’s a policy that helps everyone receive the care they deserve.

Due to Covid-19, We Will Waive Your Cancellation Fee if You Believe You Have Been Exposed or Are Showing Symptoms of Exposure.

Booked with Kirstin. That was an awesome decision!

Kirstin released most of the soreness; by the end of the day I felt loose and the soreness diminished. She massaged every sore area without me guiding her where I felt sore. She ended the massage with a minute of acupressure to the earlobes, which releases serotonin. With the release of serotonin and endorphins, that combined is a natural pain killer. Definitely recommend!
