CONDITIONS WE TREAT
We know you’re in pain, and we want to help you get back into life.
Below you will find many of the conditions we treat, as well as the treatments we may use after we diagnose the cause of your pain.
Lower back pain—we can help you find the source of your pain.
Sitting long hours at the computer, driving long hours, pregnancy—these are some of the causes of lower back pain.
It may be poor ergonomics, it could be your mattress. Your driving posture may also be a cause. We’ll help you make lifestyle adjustments as well as treat your pain to get you back into life.
Sports injuries—being active is good, injuries, not so much.
We want to get you back into the activities you love as soon as possible.
Depending on your diagnosis, we may use a combination of treatments — chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, soft tissue release, myofascial cupping, and/or kinesiology tape.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome—pain in the hand and fingers
Numbness and tingling in your hands? It comes from compression of the median nerve as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel.
We treat carpal tunnel with chiropractic adjustments, myofascial blading, myofascial cupping, massage, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle changes.
Whiplash—injuries to bones, discs, ligaments, muscles, and nerves.
Whiplash comes from any motion causing your head to forcefully and quickly move backward and then forward.
We treat whiplash with instrument-assisted manipulation, specific spinal manipulation, therapeutic exercises, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, manual joint stretching and resistance techniques, therapeutic massage, and trigger point therapy.
Herniated Disc—shooting pain, numbness, inability to stand up, tingling.
Herniated discs come from improper body mechanics when lifting something.
We treat disc herniation with chiropractic adjustments and prescribed exercises. We believe these are the most effective drug-free methods for managing pain while the body heals itself.
Mid-back pain—shooting pain, numbness, inability to stand up, tingling.
Pain radiating from the mid back which wraps around the waist and travels towards the groin could be Maignes Syndrome.
We treat Maignes Syndrome with chiropractic adjustments to stimulate the nerves and decrease inflammation. Exercise is then prescribed to restore proper function to the region.
Plantar fasciitis—pain on the bottom of the foot and heel.
Plantar fasciitis is often caused by overuse, usually from running and high-impact aerobic activities.
We treat plantar fasciitis with chiropractic adjustments and myofascial blading to reduce tension. This reduces inflammation and supports the arches of the foot, giving the plantar fascia time to heal.
