Meet Chiropractic Assistant Wendy Newbold.
Wendy wants Golden Chiropractic patients to become more active and more pain-free in their daily lives.
“I love how Chiropractic care truly makes a positive difference in the health and lives of people. Chiropractic addresses chronic pain naturally. It doesn’t add to the extreme overuse of opioid prescriptions.”
Wendy uses chiropractic care to address chronic pain from two car accidents as a teen. Before chiropractic care, she’d often have extremely painful bouts of immobility. Often times she’d have to use a walker just to get around the house. She was in her mid-thirties, but using a walker.
Chiropractic moved her nearly past her incapacitating pain. It also revealed a severe neck issue. Through traction and chiropractic upkeep, her migraines have reduced. She has the curve in her neck back, and is quite mobile again.
Wendy loves Dr. Goldi for many reasons. “She is fun, bright, friendly, energetic, and has THE BEST, most contagious laugh ever! She is incredibly talented in her work as a chiropractor. She is always looking for innovative ways to improve herself, her clinic and its procedures. She’s always encouraging those around her to improve themselves as well. Dr. Goldi’s positive energy is contagious!”
Before she had children, Wendy worked for 3 years as a phlebotomist & medical assistant. She has worked with an OBGYN, and in a bone-marrow clinic for cancer patients. Wendy is excited to return to the medical field in a more naturopathic/holistic practice. “I am also excited to say that I am returning to school this fall, and will be working toward my degree.”
Wendy fits right in here at Golden Chiropractic. “I have been married to my best friend for 20 years. I am a mother of two amazing and adorable children. I discovered that I have a talent for painting a few years ago, and mostly work with oils and watercolors. I’m an amateur photographer, a Humanitarian, Environmentalist, Nature Enthusiast, Humanist, Lover of All Life, Yogi, and Progressive Activist. I love hiking, reading, biking and swimming. I would like to learn how to stand-up-paddle-board and body-board, too.”
