Heidi Salkauskas is the Chiropractic Assistant you meet when you call our office or drop in for your appointment.
When Heidi moved to California 6 years ago, she decided to change her career path. While Heidi has worked in healthcare for 25 years, she has decided to change her focus from Radiology to getting involved in the healing process directly.
Heidi loves interacting positively with each patient. She finds this much more fulfilling than taking x-rays. Heidi says, “I love being a part of the healing process and being able to interact with each patient. I am personally a chiropractic patient and have benefitted from various techniques used in the Golden Chiropractic office. It has allowed me to live a much more active and less painful life. Dr. Goldi has a genuine concern for the patient’s health and wellbeing. It’s a pleasure to work with her and be a part of that.”
You may have already met Aiden. He has been covering for Heidi on Saturdays for a few months.
Aiden likes learning about people and how to help them. He’s looking forward to helping our patients work toward living a happier life, too. “Even if I only make someone’s day a little bit happier, that makes me happy.”
Aiden is a student on independent study, taking classes at Cabrillo and his high school. He also loves to draw. He’s studied comic, storyboard, and sequential drawing. Aiden has worked in customer service, animal care, child care, and hospitality. These experiences make him a great person for our front office. We are excited to have Aiden join our staff. His upbeat personality and passion for helping make him a perfect fit for the Golden Chiro team.
“It’s cool that chiropractic can help your body feel better naturally. It can improve someone’s life so much,” he says. “It can help people live a happier, healthier life.”
