24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Effective June 1, 2016
Golden Chiropractic has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice of the time of the appointment, you will be charged a fee of $25 payable at the time of your next appointment.
This policy is in place out of respect for our Chiropractor and our patients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Massage Cancellation Policy
We at Golden Chiropractic appreciate that you chose our facility for your massage session. It’s our absolute intention to provide you with the best personal care. In order to do that, the hour that you scheduled is time set aside for only you. We would like to communicate our guidelines and policies in order to provide you with an optimum session. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows time to fill out the required massage intake form (new clients). It also allows the therapist time to ask specific questions about any health issues, or your specific body needs for that day. Giving yourself a little bit of extra time also allows your body and mind to start to transition from an active busy mode, into a more relaxing receiving mode. Thereby enhancing your massage experience. From the business and therapists’ side, it gives us the full time to actually have our hands on your tissues, keeps our business on schedule, and respects the next client’s scheduled therapy time. We understand that emergencies and illness occur. It helps us if you call and let us know if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. We can generally work within a 5 minute delay, however, if time runs 10-15 minutes or more, we will likely have to shorten your session by that amount of time in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Full price will be charged for the actual scheduled time. In return, we will make sure we are on time.
Cancellation Policy: Since massage services are by appointment only, we will ask for a major credit card to hold your appointment. You will not be charged until massage services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours and/or no-show your appointment. We ask that you respectfully give the 24 hour notice of cancellation by calling us at 831-761-2212. We do understand emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, experience vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.
