This program will help you recalibrate your relationship with food. You’ll learn techniques to help you make healthier food choices and how to replace mindless eating with things that nourish your whole self. Together we’ll create an individualized plan that fits into your life with simple steps that set you up for success. You’ll get support, motivation, and accountability in a small group setting that meets once a week for six weeks.
